The working areas of NSRDS are Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh State. Presently we are working in many areas of these states. In all the districts of Uttarakhand and U.P we are providing our services on the bases of demand. Especially, our projected areas are follows. District Nainial, District-U.S. Nagar, District-Dehradun, District-Haridwar and many district of the Uttar Pradesh.

The representatives of NSRDS are providing their expert services in many areas, since a long time o many departments and organizations, like DIC, MSMEDI, EDII, SIDBI, NIESBUD, NSDC, IED, ETRDI, KVIB, JSS, GTZ, NARBAD, SOCIAL WELFARE, NATIONAL JUTE BOARD, JUTE CORPORATION INDIA etc. We are providing our technical and non-technical Entrepreneurship consultancy to these organizations. We are providing consultancy with MAMTA Health Institute Based at Lucknow under Vistar Project Governed by USAID. Our expert Services areas are as follow. NIRMALA SOCIAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY (NSRDS) is working in the field of Entrepreneurship development as a leading NGO in the state of Uttrakhand. The organizations empanelled As First "Udyami Mitra" in Uttrakhand State Under RGUMY Schemes Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (Govt. of India) in July 2009. NIRMALA SOCIAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY (NSRDS) is working as Partner Institution with Indian Institute Entrepreneurship, Guwahati now known as National Institute for Bitrepreneurship and Small Business development (NIESBUD) Under the Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (Govt. of India) since March 2011 and itself with the issues of poverty & under development & takes the charge to overcome this problem gradually by the process of Awareness Generation. It is also directed towards strengthening the deprived sectors economically, Socially & Educationally. Our task is providing Technical and non-technical support to the upcoming entrepreneurs through various trades related training Programs, NSRDS is focusing its, efforts on Capacity Building of Community. NIRMALA SOCIAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY (NSRDS) also conducts researches, surveys and Documentation for its personal learning and Social Change. One of our NGO participants got the national award on the working of handicraft sector given by the ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship.
The society is working on the Entrepreneurship Development and Skill Upliftment since last eighteen years. Between this period we worked with DIC, NIESBUD, NABARD, IIE, EDII, ACCENTURE, BAJAJ CSR, National jute Board under Ministry of Textile and so many other agencies and CSR groups. We have conducted EP, SDI, ESDP, MEDP, MSDP, Cluster Development and so many other program. We have trained so many entrepreneurs and now they have establishing their units and some other are doing their jobs.
Status and the success rate of the previous project conducted with the support of NABARD in the year 2010-2011, there we conducted to SDI program beauty parlour, computer hardware, the success ratio both program was more than 60% of overall. And we have conducting so many training program with DIC, NIESBUD, EDII, ACCENTURE. Since last 10 years on different trade like JUTE BAG, FOOD PROCESSING, AIPEN ART, HANDLOOM, COW DUNG, MASHROOM CULTIVATION, ORGANIC FARMING, BAMBOO CRAFT, ARTIFICIAL JWELLERY, MOON] GRASS, And So Many Trades The Success Ratio of the all trading program is more than 60% of the overall. There was a good experienced of the training with other agency in similar product.

In the year 2019 at the time of the COVID 2019 we have initiate a another part of the NGO which is providing jobs and services to these women groups they have already trained through jute bag making, Aippan Craft Making, Bamboo making, Artificial Jewelery Making, moonj Grass Making. We have chosen five products to working in the Handicraft Sector. We have started A Jute Production cum Training Centre in The Nainital District. In the Udham Singh Nagar we promoted Bamboo Craft and Moonj Grass. Our Strategy is that we provide job work to these women groups. We pay for their products in Advance or after receiving the Products and then we sell these products in Exhibition, and some other clients.
