We have start to work with MSMEDI since 2005, our expert trainer/Faculties provided their expert services to the participants, through this services our expert faculties got the valuable position in the state and then they have given their services to many organization. And we also conducted the EDP and ESDP with the support of MSMEDI haldwani in many places of the uttarkhand state on many trades like jute, aipen arts, bamboo craft, artificial jewelry and etc.
This is god mother agency, through this we got a place In the social development sector and in the entrepreneurship development sector. NSRDS Is Working As Partner Institution With Indian Institute Entrepreneurship, Guwahati Now National Institute For Entrepreneurship And Small Business Development (NIESBUD) Under The Ministry Of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (Govt. Of India) Since March 2011. From that time up to till now we have provided our society services to the NIESBUD In utttarkhand and U.P. also.
Through the support of the NIESBUD from the year 2011 to till now we have conducted the EDP, ESDP with more than 3000 participants. And now our available data more than 3100 participants has been engaged in their job or running their enterprises.Our one participant name RUBY BHATNAGAR got the 'National Award' on dated 08-03-2021 under the ministry of skill and entrepreneurship development and supported by NIESBUD. She has attended one esdp on jute bag making in the year 2017. Thereafter in the year 2019 she has started their jute bag production unit at Haldwani. but in this time due to Covid 2019 a lot of problems face by the GST unit KANSARTHAK ENTERPRISES. The firms try to establish slowly-slowly. And then the firm provided the job work to more than 350 women. And now the women has been established and their IGP.
NSRDS Is Empanelled As First Udyami Mitra In Uttarakhand State Under RGUMY Schemes Ministry Of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (Govt. Of India) In July 2009. Then we have associated with the DIC Nainital and U.S.Nagar in uttarkhand to conducting the EDP ad ESDP and other programs. We have conducted twenty one days training program, one month program and two month training program. And other program as per the sanction by the DIC. As per the association with dic we have provided the training in last ten years more than 3506 participants. And now the success rate of the participants is more then 70 percent as per the data follow up by the society. The maximum participants are women and mostly women are working at their home level.

This is the organization which provided the FDP to our society representatives. And they got the knowledge and information that how to conduct the training program and what is the process to conducting the edp training step by step. The edi has qualified faculty at their head office. With the support and guidance of the EDII, we have start to working with the edii since 2007 upto till now. We have conducting more than 100 program with the edii.
Now the car budget has been availed by the society in the Accenture support since 2017. Edii providing the marketing support to our society also. Through edii we have already approached for the project cluster development in the state of the utarkhand.
We act is a marketing agency, which provide the marketing support to the which society they are working with edii and Accenture. We have associated with the we act since 2020. Firstly Our women participants has been registered with the We act group. And also a minimum fees paid by the women participants. and then the we act provide us the marketing sport on different level. They provide the exhibition support at all india level and also different location of the india. The fare rent traveling cast also bear the we act. Our women participant will not pay any amount for the exhibition.
Geag is group/ngo based at Gorakhpur, up. This is organization which filed of agriculture diversification in the big district of uttarapradesh. Organization with geag since last 15 year. We have tekan the agriculture activities from this organization and also involve the act ivies of the agriculture diversification. With the geag we are working topic climate change in the state of uttarakhand. The himaliyas redusing their size year by year.
This organization based at Luknow.the head of this organization dr. Mazhar Rasidi is consultant of the un based on many organization. He has waste experience to working in the field of participatory methodology and PRA technique. He has trained over ngo representative on different level. Through this training our of the society will provide better implementation of the any training program. We also use best startegy with Participatory approach. Used of this Participatory methodology the quality of training wills we achievable.
In year 2013 and 2014 we have work with the organization etrdi Punjab. Under project ministry of food processing. With been the this period we have provide the technical training on food processing for participant pantnagar university. Through this training we have try to develop the skill of the participant of the training through this organization we have done the training program with the support edit also.
Wild life institute of India is a central government organization is working with the forest and other department in the border area district of uttarakhand state. This organization is working in the district champawat it is situated at Nepal border. there was proposed some training program for women participant they are going in the forest to cut the wood so wii is providing the technical training to those women. On trades we are the organization which provides the technical faculty conducting the training program. Our faculties has providing the technical training on different trades like jute, alpen, sewing and cutting, habal incense and other trades.
We have already associated with the nsdc 2015. We have gate the letter registration form the smart portal of nsdc. We have working the scheme pmkvy 2.0, pmkvy 3.0, pmkvy 4.0 is going on. We have working with nsdc as a partner organization of niesbud since 2015.
We have getting the CSR fund form the Accenture company since 2017upto till now. Accenture provide us financial support to our organization to conducting the MEDP on different location in the state of uttarakhand. We are working with Accenture on many development issues like jute bag, handicraft, cow dung, herbal incense, aipen art, mashrom cultibation and other trades. Accenture provide their technical support, market support to the trainee women. They provide the space in their offices in all over india to conducting the exhibition, in this exhibition the women participant / entrepreneur selling their product through this exhibition.
An another project has been run by the Accenture this name is unnati program only 6 state are working in this project. Our two women of SHG are working in this project since one year. They have visited the Noida, Jaipur, Gurgaon and selling their products in the corporate offices of the Accenture.

There after in this year 2022, we have associated with JIM Corbet Ramnagar as a Skill Provider Agency to provide the technical training for women participants they have already associated EDC Ramnagar. Jim Corbet National Park provided the space in their outlet to sale the handicraft items through their outlet. Because every year average 2.5 Lac to 3 Lac will come in the Jim Corbet Park.
We got the another CSR found through Jute Corporation of India Kolkata to providing the skill training on Jute product in the District Nainital in the year 2021. There was 30 participants selected by the JCI and provide them two months training program on Jute Products. In this program our expert faculties provided their technical support to the participants. Under the guideline and supervision by the Jute Corporation of India.
In the month of October 2022 we have get another empanelment with National Jute Board under ministry of textile. They have given two cycle training program at Kathgodam and Bhimtal. The tenure of the program was 49 Days. In both training there was 24 participants in this training. The Tenure of training has been dividing in three parts. One is Basic, Second is Advance and third was Design Training. In all training the faculties has been come on behalf on National Jute Board. There was lot of facilities given by the NJB to the participants. The name of the scheme which was running by our society that is JRCPC. We have tried to approach another scheme that is JRMB.
This is an Automobile Company based at Gurgaon. There CSR office is in Rudarpur. UNO MINDA Rudarpur office provided a better opportunity to conducting some training program with UNO MINDA. Our expert faculties provided their best services to the SHG women which was making by UNO MINDA. Our SHG woman has given some handicraft product to the UNO MINDA and they pay as the cost of handicraft products.
We are working with social development department since 2019 up to till now on behalf of General Manager Social Welfare Department provided ht technical training program through our society on different trades like Jute Bags, Cutting and electrical training. The duration of the program of these training up to three or four months and the batch size of the training is only 20 participants.
We are the channel partner of the Canara Bank with this bank we have running the social and financial activities for the participants. Bank provide as sanitizers, face mask, hand gloves at the time of Covid-19 pandemic they have provide to financial support to our women SHG members.
We have getting the CSR fund in the field of the Skill development by the Tata Motors in this year 2023. With the support of the Tata motors. We organized the skill training in the district U.S. Nagar & Nainital.
We are working with NABARD since 2009 in the distret U.S.Nagar, that time we have completed the SDI on different trades. From the yaer 2009-2022 we have not do any work with the nabard. But in the year 2023 we have restart to work with the nabard. Now we are working with nabard in the distret U.S.Nagar on different LEDP, MEDP and on other projects.
